Step 4
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step 5
In the same frying pan, add a bit of oil and pour in the egg mixture. Cook until set, then cut into portions matching the size of the luncheon meat slices.
Step 6
Soften a sheet of rice paper in warm water for a few seconds.
Step 7
Lay the softened rice paper on a clean surface. Place a sheet of nori on top.
Step 8
Add a layer of cooked rice in the center of the rice paper and nori, pressing down firmly.
Step 9
Place a slice of caramelized luncheon meat on top of the rice.
Step 10
Add a portion of the cooked omelette on top of the luncheon meat.
Step 11
Fold the sides of the rice paper and nori over the filling, then roll it up tightly.
Step 12
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Step 13
Carefully place the wrapped musubi in the pan and fry until the rice paper is crispy and golden brown on all sides.
Step 14
Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
Step 15
Let the musubi cool slightly, then slice in half if desired. Serve warm and enjoy! I like to serve this with my Bang Bang Sauce which can also be found on my page.
