Classic beef stroganoff just like my mom taught me how to make it. It's always good and kids enjoy it. You can make the same sauce with meat balls, pair it with rice instead of noodles, and It goes well with green beans.

Instructions
Step 1
Boil a pot of water for your noodles and cook noodles. When done, add some butter
Step 2
In a medium sized sauce pan, brown finely chopped onions in olive oil. Add in ground beef and brown. Add in a tablespoon of soy sauce or worstchire sauce for color (optional)
Step 3
Once ground beef is browned, drain the excess fat out the pan. Then add in your 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup (condensed) at a medium to low heat
Step 4
If needed you may add a small amount of milk or water to desired consistency of sauce.
Step 5
Stir in 1-2 generous scoops of sour cream to lighten sauce.
Step 6
Marry noodles and stroganoff sauce together and enjoy. May also be served with rice instead and pairs well with vegetables
