Instructions

Step 1
In a small pot bring water to boil. Stir in rolled oats. Reduce heat, simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in peanut butter, coconut milk and cinnamon.
Step 2
Remove from heat and let stand for 1 minute. Spoon into serving glass or bowl. Top with blueberries.
