Instructions

Step 1
Separate the egg yolks a d egg whites.
Step 2
Mix the egg yolks with the two whole eggs and the clarified butter.
Step 3
Mix a cup of the flour with the eggs, then the baking powder, sugar and yeast.

Add the rest of the almond flour, milk and salt.
Step 5
In a blender, put the egg whites and cream of tartar. Beat the eggs into snow.

Fold in the snow egg whites into the rest of the batter.
