THE PERFECT WFH LUNCH👩🏻💻
Recipe🍜:
Stock:
-1 heaped tsp miso paste
-1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tsp sesame oil
-1 tsp maple syrup
-1 tsp mirin
-1/2 tsp shichimi
-2 spring onions whites
-Boiling water to fill bowl
To serve:
-Portion of your favourite noodles
-Seaweed
-Silken tofu
-Spring onion greens
-Crispy onions
-Coriander
-Crispy chilli oil
-Toasted sesame seeds
Method:
-Cook noodles to packet instructions
-Whilst they’re boiling add Soy sauce, Sesame oil, Maple Syrup, Miso, Mirin, Shichimi and Spring onion whites to a bowl alongside a good splash of boiling water
-Mix thoroughly and cover for a minute
-Fill up with remain boiling water
-Stir through noodles and serve up with toppings
-SLURP AWAY😋
