1green pepper

4 cupsbeef broth

1 cupwater

2 tablespoonspaprika

1 tablespoonsugar

1 teaspoonsalt

½ teaspoonpepper

¼ teaspooncayenne pepper

2bay leaves

1 x 28 ouncecan crushed tomatoes

paste

2 tablespoonscaraway seeds

Instructions
Step 1
In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook and stir the beef, onion and green pepper in oil until meat is browned on all sides; drain.
Step 2
2. Stir in the next 10 ingredients. bring to a boil.
Step 3
3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Step 4
4. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste and caraway seeds.
Step 5
5. Cover and simmer 25-30 minutes longer or until meat is tender.
Step 6
6. Discard bay leaves. Top each serving with a dollop of sour cream.
