Palak Aloo with garlic and corriander naan bread Stream fry the spinach for 15mins When done remove from pan and cook potatoes on pressure cook on high woth quick release for 5 mins. Remove from pan. Put ninja on saute setting. Put oil in pan and heat it up. Put cumin seeds in When they start popping, add onions and cook until golden brown on saute setting. Add salt, chilli and tumeric and simmer for 2 mins. Add ginger, garam masala, oregano thyme, karai masala, tomatoe and simmer for 5-10 mins. Add water if needed. Add spinach and potatoes, mix together and let it simmer. When it's nearly cooked Add basil and methri.
