- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 25g peanut butter
- 50ml water
- Pinch of sweetener or sugar

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the peanut butter with 1 tsp soy sauce, water and a pinch of sweetener or sugar and set aside.
Step 2
Season the diced chicken with salt & pepper, curry powder, honey and 1 tsp soy sauce. Marinade for at least 20 mins, place onto 2 skewers and spray with low calorie spray.
Step 3
Air fry on 190C for 7 mins each side or until cooked. Turn half way and spray again with more low calorie spray. Spread over your homemade satay sauce and enjoy!
Step 4
You can heat up the sauce in the microwave for 30-60 seconds if you want it warm!
