This is the perfect summer side salad or snack to have with corn chips!
It’s so simple and ready in no time at all 🤩
Ingredients:
1 can (375g) black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 punnet of cherry tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, diced
2 avocados, diced
Coriander, sliced
Juice of 1 lime
Salt
Drizzle of olive oil
Add everything to a salad bowl.
