Instructions

Step 1
Prepare pancakes according to the recipe directions, and tent with aluminum foil to keep warm.
Step 2
Brown the sausages and bacon over medium heat in a large skillet, making sure the bacon is still flexible and isn't too crispy. Remove from the heat and drain on a paper towel.
Step 3
Wrap a sausage in a pancake, then wrap the pancake in a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Serve with maple syrup.
