Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
Heat bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until crisp, about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer out of pan, drain, and chop finely.
Step 3
Increase heat to medium-high and add sausage. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer out of pan and chop.
Step 4
Whisk eggs, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
Step 5
Place bacon, ham and sausage in each muffin cup and fill with egg mixture. Bake until golden brown and centers are set, about 25 minutes.
