Step 1
Preheat the grill to a high heat. Heat the oil in a non-stick, ovenproof frying pan set over a medium heat. Add the sausages and bacon and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden. Add the mushrooms and tomatoes, fry for a couple of minutes then slide under the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes then remove the pan.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into the pan then slide back under the grill and cook for a couple of minutes until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still runny, or until cooked to your liking, then serve.
