Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tops from each pepper and scoop out the seeds.
Step 2
Combine the ground, beef, salsa Rice, half cheese, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Stuff this mixture into each pepper.
Step 4
Fill the slow cooker with an inch of water and place the peppers in the pot.
Step 5
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Step 6
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and serve.
