Cauliflower patty
1 slicecauliflower
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
½ tsppaprika powder
½ tspgarlic powder
1 tspcorn starch
4 Tbspflour
6 Tbspwater
50gpanko
1 Tbsphot sauce
500mlsunflower oil

Instructions
Cauliflower patty
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower in half. Then cut off a slice 2 cm thick. Cook it for about 2-3min.
Step 2
To a bowl add the dry ingredients except for the panko and mix well.
Step 3
Add the water and hot sauce to the bowl and mix well.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a small pot.
Step 5
Dip the cauliflower patty in the batter. Make sure its covered completely. Then coat it with panko.
Step 6
Place it in the hot oil and fry for about 2min on each side unlit crispy and golden brown.
Burger
Step 7
Cut the burger bun in half and toast until golden brown.
Step 8
Slice the tomato.
Step 9
Spread the bottom half with the sriracha mayonnaise.
Step 10
Top it with the salad, tomato, cauliflower patty and cheese.
Step 11
Melt the cheese with a blow torch. Alternatively you can place the cauliflower patty with the cheese on a baking tray and bake at 200 degree grill station until the cheese has melted.
Step 12
Stack the other burger bun half on top and enjoy!
