This might just be the perfect vegan burger. Simple, classic and absolutely delicious! We love to have the occasional burger night. Something about a burger night with bae and your favourite TV show just feels right! I also love a homemade burger because it's simple to make, but more importantly, there's no waiting around for a soggy takeout burger to arrive. It's hot off the grill, plus you get to add your own high-quality ingredients. Couple your burger with some crispy baked potatoes, and you'll be in absolute heaven. I believe the key to maximum burger flavour is a quality bun, patty, vegan cheese and sauce.

Instructions
Step 1
Whisk or blend all the sauce ingredients together.
Step 2
Cook the patties according to the packet instructions. Place the cheese on the buns and toast in the oven until melted.
Step 3
