50ggrated cheese

15mlolive oil
Burger
Instructions
Corn patty
Step 1
To a bowl add the corn, flour, bread crumbs, grated cheese, salt, pepper, olive oil and egg. Mix until well combined.
Step 2
Heat 15ml olive oil in a pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the corn dough into the pan and form it into a patty. Fry for 2-3min each side.
Burger
Step 3
Cut the burger bun in half. Spread both sides with butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 4
Spread the bottom half of the burger bun with the sour creme. Place the salad, tomato and corn patty on top.
Step 5
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
