Instructions

Corn patty

Step 1
Chop the parsley.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients except for the butter to a bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Heat the butter in a pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the corn batter to the pan and form a patty with a spoon. Fry for about 2-2.5min then flip.
Step 4
Place the cheese slice on top and fry for another 2-2.5min.

Avocado spread

Step 5
Smash the avocado with a fork.
Step 6
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Burger

Step 7
Cut the burger bun in half. Toast both halves until golden brown.
Step 8
Meanwhile slice the tomato.
Step 9
Spread one half with the sour cream and the other with the avocado spread.
Step 10
Top the bottom half with the salad, tomatoes and corn patty.
Step 11
Stack the other burger bun half on top and enjoy!
