Instructions

Step 1
Chop all vegetables. Grind 1 carrot.
Step 2
Put the oil in a hot pot, add onions, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add grinded carrot, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add remaining vegetables except boranija. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add boranija. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Step 6
Add hot water and bouillon. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Add the thickening mix (below).
Step 8
Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Step 9
Serve hot.

Thickening Mix

Step 10
Add flour, and red pepper powder to a bit of warm water, grind with mixer.
