Instructions

Step 1
Thinly slice the chicken breast and marinate it for at least one hour.
Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan.

Add the marinated chicken, cooking each side until browned (5-7 mins).
Step 4
Create a space in the middle, add 3 cloves of minced garlic, cook until golden, then mix with the chicken.

Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, mix, and pour in 1/2 cup of chicken stock.

Combine well, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and simmer on low heat.
Step 7
While the chicken simmers, boil water with a pinch of salt.

Cook 200g pasta until al dente.
Step 9
Mix 3 tablespoons of red pesto into the chicken mixture.

Pour in 1/4 cup of double (heavy) cream and stir thoroughly to combine.
Step 11
Transfer the boiled pasta into the pan, mixing well with the creamy chicken sauce.
Step 12
Add 1/2 cup of pasta water to achieve the desired consistency.
Step 13
Cook for a few minutes until everything is well combined.
Step 14
Garnish with fresh parsley and red chili flakes according to your preference.

Plate up and enjoy!
