Instructions
Step 1
Combine yogurt, lime juice, garam masala, chilli, cumin and ginger in a bowl.
Step 2
Add chicken and stir. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours.
Step 3
Place half of the cashews in a serving bow and grind the remaining.
Step 4
Heat butter and oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cardamon, cinnamon, bay leaf and cook fro 2 minutes.
Step 5
Reduce heat to low and add paprika, ground cashews, tinned tomatoes, stock and chicken. Stir and simmer for 45 minutes with the lid on then 15 min with the lid off.
Step 6
Serve with rice, broccoli and remaining cashews.
