Instructions
Step 1
Add the finely ground almonds and plant based yogurt of choice . I like to use coconut yogurt . Mix together with some salt to taste it should be a thick dough like batter that’s a little sticky if it’s too soft add a little more ground almonds
Step 2
Use a silicone mat or air fryer paper to line the air fryer then split the dough in two and shape with your hands into circles . Use the handle of a wooden spoon to make a circle in the middle of the bagel then sprinkle sesame seeds on top . Bake at 180 c 360 f in the air fryer for 12 minutes moving the bagels half way through so they get a lovely even color
Step 3
Let the bagels cool down before handling them so they don’t fall apart . Top with your favorite fillings and enjoy
