Step 1
1. Slice onion, carrots and capsicums into sticks and crumble tofu 2. Mix together peanut butter, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and chilli together in a bowl 3. Fry off onion until golden brown before adding carrot and frying for 5 minutes before adding tofu and capsicum 4. Meanwhile cook noodles according to instructions 5. Once tofu is brown and vegetables are soft, add noodles and sauce and heat through
