1can black beans
1can great northern beans
1can light red kidney beans
1 cabtomatoes
Petite Diced
1can chicken broth
1 jarpicante sauce
medium chunky medium
1can diced jalapeños
1can diced green chiles
2 Tbsminced garlic
2 tspapple cider vinegar
3 Tbschili powder
1 Tbsfajita seasoning
3 Tbspaprika
1 tspcumin
2 poundschicken
white or dark
Colby Jack cheese
or Cheddar
Instructions
Step 1
Drain and rinse the beans.
Step 2
Put all ingredients in the crockpot.
Step 3
Stir slightly
Step 4
Cook on low for 8 hours
Step 5
Shred the chicken and return to pot.
Step 6
Cook on low 30 more minutes.
Step 7
Serve with cheese.
