Instructions

Salmon marinade

First, defrost salmon

In a bowl, add 3 table spoons of soya sauce

Mix everything in the bowl

When salmon is defrosted, add it into the bowl

Massage the salmon in the bowl so that it is well impregnated with the marinade liquid

Cover the bowl with wrapping plastic film, make sure that it is well sealed. Then put it in the fridge. Let it stay there for at least 30 minutes (up to 12 hours is possible)

Take one tomato and chop it in small dices, then put it in another bowl

Take one onion, peel it and chop it finely. Add it into the bowl

Take a cucumber, slice it according to the quantity you want to add. Then chop the slices into small dices. Add them into the bowl

Take a few coriander leaves, chop them very finely and add them into the bowl

Add corn from a can into the bowl as well, according to your own wish

Fry the salmon

In a pan, add drizzle of olive oil, a bit of butter (according to your own taste) with a bir rosemary on top of the butter. Turn fire up to high

Add the salmon into the pan. Make sure to keep the marinade in the bowl, do not put it into the pan
