Spicy Peanut Butter Chicken Tenders

Instructions

Step 1
Add the peanut butter, vinegar, and milk into a bowl and stir to combine.
Step 2
Crush the garlic and dice the chilli and add this in too
Step 3
Mix the salt and spices and add half to the peanut mix, and the other half to the flour.
Step 4
Remove the tender from the chicken and cut the breast into 3 strips, so you have 4 chicken strips per breast.
Step 5
Add the chicken to the peanut mix, thoroughly combine, cover with cling film and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour, or overnight.
Step 6
Heat a large frying pan on medium high heat with 1/2 a cm of oil in the bottom
Step 7
One by one pass the chicken tenders through the flour mix, pressing the flour into the chicken as you go to get a good coating.
Step 8
Once all the tenders are coated, lay them all in the pan and cook for 3 minutes a side until golden and crispy.
