I don’t mind heated up cucumber. Instructions

Step 1
1. Place the chicken in your slow cooker or pressure cooker.
Step 2
2. Combine all remaining marinade ingredients and pour over chicken.
Step 3
3. Slow cook on high 4-6 hours, low 7-8, or pressure cook on high 15 minutes.
Step 4
4. Cook 1 cup of rice over stove or in a rice cooker. (2 cups water and add pinch of salt!)
Step 5
5. Cook your edamame (mine came in a microwaveable bag).
Step 6
6. In each bowl put 4 ounces of rice, 6 ounces chicken, about 1/3 cup of edamame, 1/3 cup cucumbers, and top with some sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
