Korean Chili Oil Noodles in 5 minutes🔥
Ingredients (serve 1):
120g of knife cut noodles
3 tbsp of vegetable oil
2 tbsp of reserved noodle cooking water
Sauce:
* 3 cloves garlic minced
* 1 tsp gochujang or korean chili paste
* 1.5 tbsp of peanut butter
* 2 tsp of chili flakes
* 1 tsp of sugar
* 1 tbsp of soy sauce
* 1 tbsp of rice wine vinegar
* 1/2 tsp of chicken powder
* 1 scallion, chopped
* 1 tsp of sesame seeds
Garnish:
Sesame seeds
Scallions or spring onions
Steps:
1. Cook your favorite noodles according to package instructions and transfer the noodles to a bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the noodles and give it a good mix (add noodle water to loose the sauce if it is needed).
3. Garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions and enjoy
