Instructions
Step 1
Add grated garlic and ginger to a mason jar with peanut butter lime juice soy sauce sriracha agave syrup and toasted sesame oil Shake until we’ll combined





Step 2
Cook noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes then drain and rinse in cold water ( note make sure they are just buckwheat and gluten free as some may have wheat flour )

Step 3
Add noodles to a large bowl with thinly sliced vegetables coriander edamame and grated beetroot then toss in the dressing add sesame seeds and serve with some more lime wedges !
