Instructions
Step 1
dice tenderloin into bite sized pieces. Marinate in rice vinager, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil
Step 2
start white rice
Step 3
drain Pineapples chunks, save juice. In a large skillet heated with canola oil, fry broccoli, Minced garlic, and Pineapples.
Step 4
Add a little bit of soy sauce, thai chili sauce, and Pineapple juice to taste. add black pepper
Step 5
when Rice is about 8 minutes from completing, add carrots and pork. add any of the sauces/juice until you like the flavor
Step 6
serve with rice and top with spicy mayo or hoison sauce if desired
