Step 1
In a medium size bowl, combine salmon, potatoes, yogurt, mustard, egg white, carrot, onion, paprika and lemon juice; shape into 8 patties. Put the bread crumbs on a plate and coat the patties with the crumbs. In a heavy 12” skillet, heat the oil over moderate heat for 1 minute; add the patties and cook about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
