Instructions

Step 1
Cut salmon thin and spray flat pan with pam and put fish on and season w salt and pepper
Step 2
Then in a medium pot add over medium heat:

Add chicken stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar
Step 4
Stir for about 5 min till all sugar dissolved
Step 5
Add 1/2 tbsp corn starch that is mixed with a little water to make a little paste (mine is always watery) and add into the pot
Step 6
Brush the salmon with the sauce (it's like u made your own teriyaki sauce)
Step 7
Broil about 5 minutes or a little more if u like it more done
Step 8
When u take out of oven brush again w the sauce
Step 9
Make sushi rice and serve with it
