Salad
450gsalmon fillets
150gmixed salad leaves
2avocados
diced
1cucumber
sliced
40gcherry tomatoes

1 tspsesame seeds
2 tspolive oil
1 tspsalt

Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Cut salmon into 4 fillets and season with salt and black pepper, then rub with 1 tsp olive oil.
Step 2
In a pan on medium heat, add the 1 tsp olive oil. Add salmon to the pan and cook 4 min per side or until cooked through. Transfer the salmon to a side plate for now.
Step 3
In a large bowl mix all dressing ingredients together. Then drizzle salad with the dressing.
Step 4
In the bowl, combine salad leaves, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, and toss.
Step 5
Top salad with salmon fillets and season with sesame seeds.
