Instructions
Step 1
Season the chicken with the smoked paprika, garlic granules, oregano salt and pepper rubbing in thoroughly. Brush over the lemon juice and nandos sauce before air frying on 185 degrees for 20 minutes. When there is 2 minutes remaining add in the pepper and onion.
Step 2
Cook the fries according to pack instructions.
Step 3
Once the chicken is cooked, thinly slice into strips.
Step 4
Build the flatbread with the shredded lettuce, red pepper and onions, fries, sliced chicken, 1/2 tsp peri sauce drizzled over, followed by the perinaise and parsley.
