Instructions
Step 1
1. Add all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and mix well.

2. In a pot of boiling water, boil thin wheat noodles according to instructions on the packet. Once noodles are cooked, wash the noodles thoroughly in running water to get rid of excess starch.

3. Add the sauce to the noodles and mix well, ensuring that the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
Step 4
4. Add julienned cucumbers, hard boiled egg, sesame seeds and enjoy!!
