Instructions

Step 1
Use 15g hot water to bloom the coffee, then 70g hot water to fill the phin which is left to brew for 10 minutes
Step 2
Add grass jelly to cup, then add milk and condensed milk
Step 3
Add ice, the Vietnamese coffee, and top with cream that has been frothed into a foam
