Instructions

Step 1
Assemble and wash all ingredients
Step 2
Cut all vegetables into thin slices or batons.
Step 3
Lay out the rice paper sheets on a clean chopping board
Step 4
Gently dip the rice paper sheet (1 at a time) into cold water for 10 seconds. Place rice paper sheet onto chopping board and lay flat.
Step 5
Arrange the vegetables neatly.
Step 6
Roll up the rice paper rolls nice and tight.
Step 7
Sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds.
Step 8
Slice and serve with dressing of your choice.
