Step 1
Preheat the pan with olive oil. Then put salt and pepper on the chicken on both sides. Put it in the pan and cook on high heat on both sides
Step 2
Then you make the saus by melting the butter in another pan, add sriracha, water and the spices
Step 3
Then you pour it into the pan with the chicken on low heat and cover. Let the chicken cook through then remove the cover put it on high heat until the saus is ticking
Step 4
Then serve it with mashed potatoes or baked potatoes.
