Ingredients
6 servings
3boneless skinless chicken breasts
sliced in half horizontally for a total of 6 pieces
1 tspkosher salt
½ tspblack pepper
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tsponion powder
For the mayonnaise mixture
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Spray a 9 X 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a small bowl, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Step 3
Season the chicken on all sides. Place them in the prepared baking dish in an even layer.
For the mayonnaise mixture
Step 4
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast half.
Step 6
Sprinkle an equal amount of the remaining Parmesan cheese over each chicken breast.
Step 7
Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165° and the cheese is hot and bubbling.
