Instructions

Step 1
Mince needs to be at room temperature, take it out of the fridge 30-60 minutes before

• Prep veg, slice and dice as need and set aside

.1Combine hte bef (or tofu and black beans) with half the soy sauce, 1tsp ginger, 1tsp garlic and honey.
Step 4
2. Alow ot marinate for 5minutes then stir fry ni awok with coconut oil for 5-7 minutes until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Alow the wok ot get hot and fry the spring onions, sliced garlic and remaining ginger until fragrant (about 1 minute, add the vegetables and chili (if using) and stir fry for 5-7 minutes until they are cooked but still firm.
Step 6
4. Add the remaining soy sauce and lime juice and stir fry for another minute before adding the beef (or tofu and black beans) back in.
Step 7
5. Serve the stir fry with an extra squeeze of lime juice plus a Tbsp sprinkle of peanuts.
