Instructions
Step 1
Place noodles in salted water and cook u til al dente 8-9 minute
Step 2
Drain and keep warm
Step 3
Cook prosciutto and pancetta until crisp and brown. Pour off half the fat.
Step 4
Put noodles into a lightly buttered bowl. Add prosciutto and pancetta and toss.
Step 5
Break in egg yolks one at a time. Toss quickly.
Step 6
Add hot cream, salt and pepper. Toss quickly.
Step 7
Top with grated cheese.
