Instructions
Step 1
Make small pieces with a good fresh bacon. Put the clove garlic (finely ground) in a pan with a bit of oil. Heat it with the bacon until the bacon is done and a bit crispy. Remove it from the heater and reserve
Step 2
While the bacon is cooking, boil the spaghetti with a bit of salt
Step 3
Mix the eggs with half of the parmesan chesse grilled and the pepper. The rest of the chesse reserve it
Step 4
When the spaghetti is done and also the bacon retire the pan of the bacon from the heater and add the spaghetti very fast from the boiled water and a bit of the boiled water to the pan
Step 5
Quickly add the mix of the egg and parmesan into the pan slowly while we add more spaghetti and boiled water. And mix all together until the sauce is done
Step 6
Serve it and add the rest of the parmesan above
