BBQ Pulled Pork Quesadillas

BBQ Pulled Pork Quesadillas 495 cals (no sides) Back with an absolute FAVE of mine! Honestly this just tastes SO good, super easy to make and hits the spot 😍 the pulled pork if you don’t know, get to know!! Ingredients 👩🏽‍🍳 .5 bbq pulled pork (I always make this meal when there is 2 of us eating so it doesn’t go to waste) 1 weight watchers low calorie wrap .5 small green pepper .5 small red pepper .5 onion 18g mozzarella Method ⭐️ Cool the pulled pork as per the packet and once it goes in for the second time, begin frying off the peppers and onion. Once the pulled pork is done, mix in the onion and peppers and add the mixture to 1/2 of the wrap. Top with the mozzarella, fold and fry off in the pan until the wrap is golden and the cheese has melted. I served mine with homemade crispy fries which took the calories up to 634 🙌🏽 honestly absolutely amazing and is so easy to follow. Enjoy!

Instructions

Step 1
