Instructions
Step 1
Cut each piece of salmon lengthwise (not to the bottom) and open to the outside.
Step 2
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 3
Cut the baking paper in 2, fold as in the video, tie the ends and open into a boat shape.
Step 4
Place the vegetables in the baking paper, add a little olive oil, salt and the salmon pieces on top.
Step 5
Pour sauce generously and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
