Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees

zest lime with a microplane

In a small bowl, stir together cumin, coriander, lime zest, salt, and pepper until blended. Add the honey and stir again until it's a thick paste.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet or broiler pan with aluminum foil. Fold up sides of foil to create an open top packet. Place fish on foil and rub honey mixture over fillets.
Step 5
Bake in a 450* oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork
