blended and sifted
30ggranulated sugar
1 Tbspcocoa powder
2 pinchessalt
vanilla extract
2 dropsred gel food colouring

Step 1
Separate whites from yolks add salt

Blend almond flour, powdered sugar, and salt in blender, sift into bowl

Beat egg white with pinch of salt until frothy and white

Add granulated sugar gradually by tablespoon until stiff peaks

Add vanilla extract

Add 1/3 of dry ingredients and fold in

Repeat until all gone. Texture should be red sand until able to do figure eight

Separate batter and add stuff to flavour

Fill piping bag

Line baking pan with 2 parchment paper

Pipe 2 cm wide, 3 cm apart

Rest for 1 hour until film on top

Preheat oven until 140c

Bake for 17 min/ until lift off easily
