Ingredients: 1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese 1/2 avocado sliced 1 hard-boiled egg diced 1 teaspoon preferred hot sauce 2 teaspoons chives chopped small Few turns cracked black pepper Pinch maldon sea salt 1 bell pepper quartered Directions: Add cottage Cheese to a small bowl. Top it with sliced avocado, diced hard-boiled egg, a few dashes of hot sauce, chopped chives, a few turns of cracked black pepper and maldon sea salt. Enjoy with sliced bell pepper for easy scooping.
