Step 1
Dice the Spam into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the Spam. Cook until golden brown and crispy, this should take about 5-7 minutes.

Once the Spam is golden, reduce the heat to medium low and add in the minced garlic, soy sauce and sugar. Allow the Spam to simmer in the teriyaki sauce for another 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly and coats the Spam cubes evenly. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

Once the Spam has been glazed with the sauce, remove it from the heat.

In a small dish, beat together two eggs.

In a skillet over medium low heat, heat a little bit of oil and pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and scramble them until they are cooked through. Remove them from the heat once done.

In a large bowl, add in the cooked white rice, Spam, scrambled eggs and furikake. Mix thoroughly.

Wet your hands lightly with water to prevent sticking, then take a small handful of the mixed rice and shape it into a triangle. Press firmly to ensure the onigiri holds together.
Step 9
Wrap a strip of nori seaweed around the onigiri to hold it together.

Repeat the process with the remaining mixed rice.
Step 11
Serve and enjoy! You can wrap each one individually in plastic wrap for on the go!
