One of my favourite things to make is Spam Musubi! Perfect meal and snack for any occasion.

Instructions

Step 1
Slice block of spam evenly into 4 pieces.

On medium heat, cook for 1-2 minutes.

Then, mix 1:1 ratio of soy sauce and sugar and pour into pan.

Flip spam slicess and cook until sauce is fully covered on each side.

Set spam aside.

Crack an egg into a bowl, add pinch of salt and mix.

Cook egg mixture on low-medium heat.

Then, cut the nori sheet into 4 even strips.

With the spam can, cut out egg slices.
Step 10
Clean the spam can and place saran wrap inside.
Step 11
Drop a small portion of rice in (about 5cm) and flatten with a spoon.

Take the rice out with the saran wrap and layer egg, spam and wrap with nori.
