Is crack all the eggs in a big bowl, Mix them with some cheese and maybe milk if you want fluffy

Pre oven 350 degrees

Chop all the vegetables throw the mushroom Bell pepper and onion if you'd like to add that Into a pan of hot oil to saute for several minutes until soft Makes an salt and pepper while cooking

Once vegetables are fully cooked move to separate ball and start sautine spam

Spray yhe muffin pan thoroughly with oil or butter so it doesnt stick. Pour a 1/4 cup scoop of egg and cheese mixture into muffin pan. If you have left over egg, save it until the end.

Add in a little bit of whatever toppings you want. I used Mushroom bell pepper bacon spam and divided them all out pretty randomly.
First the vegetables and then the meat.

Sprinkle the rest of the mozarella cheese on top of the meat and whatever egg mixture is left over.
