Water is for cooking quinoa. I use half evoo and half garlic infused oil. Sometimes add Chopped tomatoes or cucumbers

Step 2
Mix all ingredients together.
Step 3
Can add chopped tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber, and / or sliced olives. Place in a bowl (lined with lettuce leaves.
